When it comes to shipping we make sure to ship your package within the same day or next business day. All shipments go out Monday-Friday . We will be closed for major holidays and any orders made before or during the holiday will be shipped the next business day.
We use FED EX, UPS, and USPS as our main carriers to ship items out depending mailing address approximate shipping time frame is 3-5 days. All of these shipping methods are experiencing delays. Your package may be delayed due to high volume and staffing shortages. Please be patient as the delivery workers are doing the best they can. We appreciate your support and understanding. Capitol Press Coffee is not responsible for delayed packages.

Delayed, Lost or Stolen Packages
We will do our best to help troubleshoot with you, but we cannot control what happens when your package leaves our roasting facility. Once the package has been picked up, it is out of our hands.
Holiday, servere weather, carrier staff shortage and high package volumes are causing delays in package transit times.
As a small business, we are unable to absorb the costs of packages being lost in transit. We connot refund orders that are marked as delivered with a tracking number, even if a customer is stating they haven’t received the package.
A claim should be filed with the specific carrier.
Please be sure your address is correct when checking out.
If you realize the address is incorrect and it is less than 24 hours after you have placed the order, please let us know the correct address as soon as possible. firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note, that after 24 hours, we cannot make changes to orders since it will have already shipped. Sorry, we cannot reship an order placed that was sent to the incorrect address.
Return and Exchange policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges once your product has shipped out.
If in the event there is damage upon receiving the item(s) we request all customers to take photos of the packaging and send them to email@example.com
