If you are looking for an excellent cup of coffee with very little caffeine and full of flavor this is right up your alley. The minimal bitterness and acidity coupled with a delicate sweetness is paired with subtle fruit and floral notes
This light bodied coffee from Central Valley, Costa Rica produced on the Doka Estate is where the Vargas family has been cultivating coffee for over 100 years.
They produce a Varietal called Laurina which can be naturally up to 90% caffeine free. Because of the naturally low occurring caffeine the varietal almost became extinct.
 In 2002 the Laurina family started cultivating it with a lot of care to coax quality harvests from this low yielding varietal.
